Create new Team/Channel in Teams

Helpdesk/users across the enterprise do not have permission to create new Teams within Teams.   

Joseph Hooker joseph.hooker@arkansas.gov is the POC for ADH in creating Teams.   

Requirements: 

Requested Name of the Group (ADH is a required Prefix) 

Owner of the Group (can be multiple people) 

~can include a list of Members. 

Joseph will work with DIS to add your TEAM. DIS will send a default message once completed. 

*All Teams created should have at least 2 owners.

"As a suggestion, we ask that the owner add at least one additional owner as soon as possible. Each Microsoft team has an expiration date of 180 days after creation. An auto-generated renewal email is sent out to all owners at 30, 15, and 1 day before expiration. If the team does expire, you are allowed 30 days to recover it."
