Mailbox full because of deleted items
If you are getting a full mailbox due to deleted items do the following:

Move several of the emails from the deleted to an archive folder( Archive has no limit)

Once you have enough space again you can empty the deleted folder.

Once that is done check the recover items recently removed and clear it
-
After this is done outlook should sync back up and work correctly.
