Creating a TEAMS meeting

When creating a Teams Meeting, it will automatically create a conference ID as well as provide the Dial In number (though other phone number/options to dial in are available Conference Dial-in Numbers (microsoft.com)) 

 

You can join from your computer normally and start the meeting.  If someone wishes to Dial in they will need the Phone number and conference ID (both Provided when you created the meeting/should be emailed to them). 

 

IF you create a meeting, and dial in from your phone (as the meeting organizer) you will be prompted to press * (star).  THEN and only then will you enter your PIN provided by DIS 

 

If the meeting is already started...anyone can dial in
